We are conveniently located in Tualatin, Oregon just off the I-5 Nyberg St./Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. exit. Drive east towards Meridian Park Hospital. The road turns toward the south and becomes 65th Ave. We are in the Meridian Professional Building on the west side of the street. Look for the fire hydrant by the street entrance. You will find us in Suite 200 near the upper parking lot. You may park in the upper or lower lots.
